We’d love to hear from potential stage managers, designers and technicians!
As members of PACT, we only hire Stage Managers who are members of CAEA. All our tours and productions have a Stage Manager and a technician (who generally specializes in audio). We tour with our own sound system and wireless mics, which the technician is responsible for, and depending on the other aspects of the production- be it heavy on sound cues or include projections- our SM and tech will divide duties of operation in the most efficient way.
Designers—we have a unique challenge for you! We tour in vans, so our fantastic sets need to pack up and fit into very small cargo spaces! Our company needs to be able to unload and set everything up at the school in under 45 minutes. We also hire designers for our Sprouts New Play Festival each year in May.
